Now that I'm retired I can quit developing Websites and SEO and spend time exploring my hobbies. One of which is photography.
Port St. Joe is located in southern Gulf County in the Florida Panhandle, aka The Forgotten Coast. It lies between Wewahitchka to the north, Mexico Beach to the NorthWest, and Apalachicola to the SouthEast. It is a small friendly town with good restaurants, vacation rentals, live music venues, and outdoor family oriented adventures. It has superior grocery stores, hospitals, schools, and churches. A great community to live and visit. Which I do and did.
It's a dog friendly town with great sunsets and on Cape San Blas you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. It has many beaches and parks to explore, fishing is great with a good selection of charter boats. Kayaking adventures abound and there are many beautiful birds to photograph.
One of the reasons why I love this town is the restaurants. There are choices nearby that are fun places to dine. Most of the time I dine at home, but on occasion we venture out. Here is my recommendations. Yes, in a particular order, my favorite places to visit, eat, drink, and be merry in Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Apalachicola, and other places on the Forgotten Coast.
